In 2019, she stood for the Social Democratic Party’s Kogi Central Senatorial District seat, as well as the Kogi State Governorship election, which took place in November. She is the founder of the Builders Hub Impact Investment Program (BHIIP), a social impact and sustainability enterprise that helps governments and businesses maximize the impact of their social investments. She rose to national fame after presenting an investigative report on fraudulent practices at the Ajaokuta Steel Mill before the National Assembly on March 1, 2018. The investigation highlighted the repeated misappropriation of government funding and theft since the steel mill’s construction, which has remained dormant despite many attempts to restart it. Tiwa Savage - Music Tiwa Savage is edging closer to being Nigeria’s most consistent female musician in recent memory. Since her debut, she has never gone a year without releasing at least three hit singles. She was the first African woman to win Best African Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2018. I prefer designing high-end residential because I love modern designs, clean lines and practical spaces for living. Tope Oshin - Movie Tope Oshin is a model of dedication, perseverance, and professionalism. The awardwinning Nigerian filmmaker made a name for herself by directing up to 750 episodes of some of Africa’s most popular drama series, including MTV NaijaShuga, Tinsel, Hotel Majestic, and Hush. Tope was named one of OkayAfrica’s Okay100 Women of 2017. She studied filmmaking at the Colorado Film School in Denver and cinematography at MetFilm School. She wanted to demonstrate her ability in cinema by directing ‘Journey to Self’ in 2013 after working on various TV programs. Following that, she directed three highly acclaimed films between 2017 and 2018, including ‘New Money,’ ‘We Don’t Live Here Anymore,’ and ‘Up North.’ Jade Rawa - Fashion Jade is the founder and creative director of Melia by Jade, a ready-to-wear Afrocentric fashion label.
